Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant who can assist the Chief Executive Officer by helping to complete items on her project list, both personally and professionally. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running personal and business errands, assisting with creating outgoing correspondence and helping to ensure the CEO can focus her energy on driving business forward. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to drive locally, in and around the Barre & Soul locations; namely Miami, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up any necessary items at the CEOs home (Miami, FL)
- High-level communication skills
- Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure
- Work to decrease the noise of the CEO and be her barrier
- Managing CEOs calendar and productivity, travel, and logistics (both business and personal)
- Helping CEO complete the items on her list
- Assist with events
- Complete special projects as required

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Impeccable written and verbal skills
