Description

We are seeking to add a remote Administrative Assistant to our team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, hardworking, goal-oriented, and driven. The candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated to bring out the best in themselves. The ability to multitask while maintaining composure is essential for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Update internal documents
Complete and submit prequalification forms
Update MSDS Data Sheets
Prepare communications such as emails, reports and other correspondence
Organize, manage, and digitally upload corporate documents
Assist with preparation for meetings (agenda's, reports, scheduling, etc.)
Assist with the preparation of tax reporting, expenses reports, etc.
Data Entry into various programs that we utilize
Provide other administrative support tasks as directed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a admin assistant, receptionist or similar role
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Customer service oriented
Positive attitude
Ability to take direction and work with all management levels
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Self-starter with the ability to closely follow directions
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
