Troubleshooter analytical and focused, solving problems as they come

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process high volume orders, including heavier workloads at quarter-end (associates will be asked to work 10-12 hours per day during the last 3-4 weeks of the quarter)
Provide additional assistance for specific orders until the online process is ready to launch
Perform order entry for new orders and provisioning for manual process prior to enabling the support portal
Provide support to Sales Representatives
Enter orders into Oracle and opportunities into Salesforce for processing
Audit forms to confirm all information is captured and all data needed is complete
Forward discrepancies back to the Sales Representative
Provide service to customers who have procured devices directly from the client
Assist with streamlining order management procedures and building a high velocity sales process
Research customer problems and deliver solutions
Complete order requirements, and check the price and quantity of each item listed
Facilitate order audits and quality control processes
Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management, and order hold rate

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma
1+ years of work experience in customer-related order management
Experience with CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce) a big plus
