PeopleReady has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in Myrtle Beach SC.

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual to work in a sales office location. This person will provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, office manager, and crew.This is a non-smoking environment!

Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $15.00/Hour

Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)

Duties:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Managing a virtual filing system
• Greeting clients and visitors
• Help organize, clean, and maintain office common area
• Performing general administrative duties
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Prepare and maintain the Office Manager's, and Owner's daily schedules for meetings and appointments
• Water testing and chemical sales
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Lift 30lbs, Frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Requirements:

• Office skills, outlook, emails, QuickBooks, Microsoft excel, and word
• No smoking or smoke smells

Attire:

• Comfortable shoes, no heels or any sort
• Jeans with no rips/tears
• No face or neck tattoos or face piercing
