We are hiring Medicare Customer Service Agent
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience-
- Must attend the paid training Monday thru Friday 9am-5:30pm
- 1 year of call center is required
- Must be available for evening shifts after training of 11:30am-8pm Saturdays 9am-2pm
Qualifications
- Any certification in the healthcare field healthcare administration and billing and coding is a plus
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and medical terminology
- Detail orientation, strong organization skills , and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
