Customer Relationship Manager will be Responsible for:
1. Developing Strong Relationships with our Existing Customer Base via phone, email and visitation (on a limited basis). Involves receiving orders, working through possible obstacles and seeing these orders through to completion.
2. Growing this Customer Base through existing Fabric Products and cross-selling our new Product Lines i.e. Printing, Custom Sewing, Printing Hardware, etc.
3. Communication with Inactive Customers and Prospects to bring them back to life.
3. Working with New Customers developed by referral, inbound leads and directed outbound communication as the situation arises.
