Hiring Health Insurance Agent Work At Home

We're Hiring Health Insurance Agent in Canton, OHIO

Requirements:

2 years of previous customer service experience this can be from fast food, retail, or hospitality industry
Must be available after training for evening shifts 11:30am-8pm and are open 7 days a week. The position does require working 1 weekend day out of each weekend with a day off during the week
1 year of call center experience is required
6 months of previous work at home experience in a call center environment is required
Reside 1 hour from our office located in Canton near Belden Village Mall

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone manner; ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently and courteously.
Excellent computer skills ability to navigate multiple systems
Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills.
Establishes rapport with callers quickly & speaks in a manner that gets others energized
Identifies underlying issues among complex situations or problems.
Demonstrates urgency to get things done
