- Must attend a mandatory training- the enriching training is 3 weeks long Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- 1 year previous sales experience or customer service experience
- Highly self-confident
