We are a flexible packaging manufacturer providing customized solutions for the retail food and consumer packaged goods markets. We are in need of a qualified Customer Service person. This person will work closely with our sales team and production facility to provide our customers with packaging solutions. This position is responsible for driving projects through design specifications, production and on time delivery requirements. Our customer service professionals are responsible for building loyalty with our customers by ensuring their projects are delivered to exact specification. This is not a call center role.

Requires four years experience working in a high customer contact field. 2 years project management experience required. 2 years experience providing outstanding customer service in a manufacturing or printing environment highly desired.
