One of the most important outsourcing management companies in the industry is currently recruiting people to work full-time shifts as Customer Service Associate, where you'll have the opportunity to represent some of the leading American companies.

We are looking for bilingual operators (Spanish - English) with excellent command of PC tools and the availability to work 8 hours a day 6 days a week.

We offer excellent wages and benefits (starting at $8000 Mexican pesos per month plus a productivity bonus!), paid training and the opportunity to work and study at the same time.

No Telemarketing involved! You will receive phone calls from American customers and answer simple questions about the services and products they already have. As easy as it sounds! No previous experience required, we teach you everything you need to know!

Requirements for working at TeleTech:

* Fluency in English (80% - 100% = be able to maintain fluent phone conversations with native speakers)
* High School Diploma (Preparatoria) or equivalent (GED).
* Computer skills.
* At least 18 years old.
* Full time availability will make you especially attractive to us.
