The cypress is one of Newmars top of the line travel trailers. tires are new two years ago. furniture is newer leather. it comes with an onkyo surround system, sony 300 capacity cd player, cds included, vhs/dvd player, two flat screen tvs. All of the factory manuels are intact. everything in this trairer works correctly. no issues with it except the ladder on the back is missing the bottom rung.
