Like new. Been used about 12 times. I'm the 2nd owner. He bought it New from Reeds in Huntsville. Why did he sell? Building a house, young family not time to camp. He used about 9 or 10 times. I bought it. Had roof inspected by Reeds. Perfect condition. 2 axle. Light weight. Easily towed by V6 or large Ford Expedition like mine. So why are we selling? Wife says it's too much work. I'm retired; she's a teacher. Timing off. 5 years too soon. It's a steal. Towing package is the best. Call me. I'm retired always close by if not at home. I'm gonna miss it. Loved it but timing is not right. I have the title. Clean as a whistle! My dad needs my help with cancer.
Items added by me since April: Rear carry basket and cover; Roll Tide spare wheel cover; 4 new Jacks (the old ones were junk); mounted 15" TV; 4 new wheel chocks. Camper table; outdoor mat; 2 and 5/8 inch top notch towing package I'll throw in. People are always asking about the "dry weight." It's 3,453 pounds. It will hold 60 gallons of water if you dry camp. Sleeps 5. Queen bed; bunk beds and table bed.
