Description

The family ran it every couple of weeks. I purchased it from the estate. The family had a new exhaust system installed just prior to me buying it. In the last month I spent over $4500 with a well known Classic Car restoration/mechanic shop getting it in very good mechanical condition. Rebuilt Carburetors, all new fuel lines, new fuel pump, complete radiator service, all new brake cylinders, new rear brake lines, new spark plugs and spark plug wires, tune up, grease packed front wheel bearings, replace power top cylinders, fuel tank was also cleaned and serviced. Just last week I was driving around town and the generator was making a little noise so I got the generator rebuilt. The coolant, brake fluid, and oil and filter changed. All this was done within the last 100 miles. The car is extremely straight. All the gaps and seams are very very good. The paint is extremely good. I had a classic car appraiser look at it prior to buying it and he said what was unusual is that there was no indication the car was ever hit. Transmission shifts well, stops good, does not burn oil or smoke. It has an electronic ignition. I can't imagine driving a car that attracts more attention than this 1954 Cadillac convertible.
