Our school is located in Rishikesh, India. We are at the heart of the sacred township of Rishikesh at the foothills of the Himalayas and the bank of holy river Mother Ganges. From time immemorial, the Himalayan Mountains have been home for countless Sages and Saints. Their knowledge has been passed down and is referred to as the knowledge of the Himalayan Masters.

Our school has its roots in this ancient knowledge. We teach Yoga from this ancient perspective and our teaching will help you on your personal journey as much as in your ability to share this knowledge.

School Details:

Hari Om Yoga Vidya School offers one month, 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh India or 200 hours of intensive hatha yoga teacher training program in compliance with the standards of Yoga Alliance, which has set the guidelines for conducting the yoga

teacher training courses through registered yoga schools (RYS) as per its curriculum. The school runs the Yoga teacher training program throughout the year. On average, there are 15-18 students in every batch.

This course is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners who are looking to deepen their understanding of the yogic practices; and then to impart the training on an individual and group level. The program is duly certified by our team of experts and the Yoga Alliance Standard.

Location: The school is located near Tapovan- Badrinath highway and those who want to explore the area can take a tour around on foot. Laxman Jhula is 10 minutes walk from the school.

Accommodation: There are a total of 13 standard rooms available at the school, including both AC and Non- AC rooms. The rooms are located on the first and second floor of the school. Each room has a queen sized bed and a balcony. Some rooms have a TV while others don’t.

Rooms are available on both single and sharing occupancy basis. The school charges fees accordingly.

Yoga Hall: The Yoga hall is located on the first floor. The yoga hall is non-A.C. and can accommodate a maximum of 18 persons at a time.

Food: Everyday food menu is fixed by the management. The school has listed the varieties available and meals are prepared according to the list. Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to check out the food served every day.
