1. Fire elevators generally operate normally under fire conditions, while ordinary elevators do not have many requirements.
2. The fire ladder must be dual power supply to the distribution box at the end. The fire ladder can still operate with the fire-fightidng power supply when other power sources are cut off. The fire ladder has more fire power than the ordinary ladder. In the event of a fire, the fire power supply is used for firefighters to rescue the fire and use the building personnel to escape.
3. A special operation button should be set in the fire elevator, that is, the fire alarm probe sends out an alarm signal. After a delay of 30 seconds to confirm that it is a fire, all other elevators are lowered to the first floor, and only when the dedicated button is pressed can the operation be performed. The fire ladder must not run longer than 60s from the first floor to the top floor.
4. There are drainage facilities at the bottom of the fire ladder. The bottom of the fire elevator is also equipped with a water collecting pit, the volume is not less than 2 cubic meters, and the flow rate of the submersible sewage pump is not less than 10L/s, which is not available in ordinary elevators.
5. There is also a dedicated fire phone in the fire ladder. The difference between fire elevators and ordinary elevators is mainly reflected in the above aspects. Fire elevators have certain special characteristics, and their functions are inevitably different from ordinary elevators.
