MIPS 2019 LVT comprises of three conditions. Clinicians and clinician groups must participate in MIPS if they:
- Earn more than $90,000 in Medicare Part B allowed charges
- Care for more than 200 Medicare beneficiaries
- Provide more than 200 covered professional services on account of Physician Fee Schedule (PFS)
