* apartment cleaning- cleaning up to 2 bed rm/ 2 bthrm kitchen and livingroom and get the dining room free...
*detailed cleaning- dusting of nick nacks, fan blades/fans. Wash windows. Base boards/walls.
Clean and organize inside of appliances and cupboards.
*holiday cleaning/decorating-
Holidays are stressful with all the shopping/cooking, traveling and family visiting... we can clean while you attend other activities. Less stress, less mess. We can even decorate your home for any occasion if u like, so u can enjoy the festivities.
*house cleaning- 1-5 bedrooms homes. All rooms. Add an attic or basement. Garage/shed cleaning and orginized for an additional fee.
*weekly/biweekly housekeeping-
To busy to clean? We can schedule a housekeeper to come on a regular basis.
*maid service- are u overwhelmed by a messy house? Maybe a Tenant left your space in disarray. Or maybe u need someone to clean up after a party... we offer a one time service at a low flat rate.
if you like how we clean u can schedual a housekeeper after your paid service and get $25.00 off.
*move in/out services- just signed your lease and the place has been empty a while? We can give your place a good scrub before u move your stuff in. Moving out? Most lease agreements ask that you clean/ paint back to the original color before you move out... why risk your security deposit? We can clean and paint as you pack.
*painting services- interior, ceilings, floors. Trim, cabinetry and doors. We can also paint your furniture for a fresh new look.
DOWNRIVER DISCOUNT!-
if you live int the downriver area and order services, we are now offering laundry services for 7 bucks a load. I will wash and fold your laundry and deliver it back to you the next day!
painting and originization services can be added to any package for an additional fee unless its included in the description.
