Dinner at Bone Kettle is a true unique experience; bustling, exciting yet intimate. Our aspiration was to create an elegant interpretation of a Night Market/ Hawker dinner, elevated and celebrated. Our small plate offerings reveal bites of Southeast Asian rich flavors with a twist. While our large platters are special, often seasonal and ravishing sharing platters. The main attraction of our dinner is our 36 hr Bone Broth dish with generous protein options, cooked to perfection with the love and high quality collagen-rich beef bones; an Indonesian cooking tradition that Chef Erwin grew up enjoying and preparing. Coupled with creative cocktails, premium selection of craft soju, sake, beer and wines- it is a chef driven, thoughtfully curated experience. Dinners are daily from 4:30pm 9:00pm, reservations are highly recommended.
