Our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is a second floor unit, and it's in the complex called Pinnacle Canyon, located on the southeast corner of Kolb and Sunrise in the Tucson foothills. The condo is fully furnished with all amenities, has nice mountain views from the outside patio and from the bedroom. The HDTV in the living room is internet ready and has extended basic cable. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, a king bed, and TV. There are three phones in the condo with free local and also free long distance to the US.

The community is a gated subdivision. You will have a remote control for your use to open the entry gates.The pool also has controlled access with a card that is provided for you. Once in the heated pool area, you'll find nice furnishings, a hot tub, and a fireplace. There is access to a large modern exercise area, bathrooms, and also a small room where you can work on your laptop computer. The pool area is wi-fi enabled.

There is a shopping center across the street called Ventana Village. The shopping center has several very nice restaurants, other small stores, and a large grocery store, Basha's.
