The over-sized fully equipped kitchen opens to a cozy living room with a flat screen HDTV and gas fireplace, with an adjacent game room for kids and adults to enjoy a game of air hockey, with access to the poolside patio. The dining room is centered around a beautiful table with seating for 10-12. Adjacent to the dining room is an amazing adult lounge with a custom pool table (with ping pong table top available), bar, ample seating, flat screen HDTV and open access to the backyard through a 16-foot sliding wall of glass! This home has been completely remodeled and updated for comfort and style!

Our guests are comfortably provided for with 5 bedrooms to choose from. Each one individually decorated with their own style, and equipped with flat screen Smart TV's with Netflix, Ruku, Hulu, Spectrum & Cable . Four rooms with king sized beds, and one with a queen & trundle. We have also added two twin roll away beds. You can easily accommodate up to 12-14 guests! With 4 bathrooms to choose from, everyone will have space to get ready for a great night out in the vibrant community of Palm Springs!
