This unit is 400 sq. ft. Very clean & adorably decorated. It's located on the 2nd floor.
A queen size bed in the bedroom & a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, with luxury linens. There is a 42' flat screen in the living room & a 32' flat screen in the bedroom. We have premium cable channels & wifi.
There is an elevator to take you to your floor. Your parking space is located right next to the building It has a full kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster and most cooking utensils needed!
The pool is heated and steps down to the beach where there is a great picnic area with a grill, tables, loungers, umbrella, and chairs. There is also a laundry room located on your floor. We supply laundry detergent. Your condo also has beach towels 2,beach chairs, an umbrella.
The condo will have an iron/board & hair dryer.

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. All condo units are non smoking. Each condo has 1 parking space next to building, we are sorry, but there are no additional parking space for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, Atlantic Terrace does Not allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests only. There is a 4 person maximum to this unit per Pompano Beach Fire code.
