Apartment 125 at Cobblestone Ridge Apartments near Fort Carson. My roommate and I recently moved in and I am looking to do a roommate swap so that I can move closer to my work (1hr commute). My roommate and I are both work in the aviation field and are frequently gone from the apartment. Military friendly and lease was signed for 13 months starting January 8th. I have not moved in and my bedroom is empty and fully cleaned out from the previous owners. Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, washer&dryer, 1050sq feet, fireplace, two parking spaces (one taken by Tom), refridgerator, and all other basic apartment ammenities. Apartment is unfurnished however Tom has brought a couch and several other basic kitchten items and remains open to anything you would like to bring.
