Fully furnished with a queen bed, and a second full size loft bed, large dresser with mirror, and spacious walk-in closet. Perfect room for visitors to Santa Monica. Short term of 1 to 3 months, or longer may be considered. Month-to-month agreement, no long-term lease to sign. This is a very nice room that I built in my living room with walls made out of Japanese shoji screens and ceiling-to-floor curtains for privacy ~ see photos. As part of your room you have a balcony with a view of a courtyard filled with fruit trees. $425 per month per person + $250 fully refundable security deposit required. Have always returned all deposits.
