A secluded area, it is a 4 minute walk thru the woods (lighted path) to the Connecticut river There are 4 bedrooms and a large living room. I am looking for a few more extraordinary housemates to rent from Dec 1, 17 until May 1 2018 ( or longer ).
Woman or men over the age of 28, must be neat, easy going, non substance abuser. References required and checked. There are two larger bedrooms renting for $650 month (perfect for a couple) or the smaller room for $600 month plus utilities. The living room is big and comfortable. There is a tower room available to the renters to use too. There is also a second tower to play in. This is definitely a magical home and every season the right magical people show up to experience it.
Or rent the whole home for $1800 a month plus utilities.

Twenty minutes from Amherst, 30 minutes to Northampton and 6 minutes to Greenfield.
