I am offering a room for rent in a two-story separated house in a gated community. In this area, only one complex has two-story separate housing in a gated community, so this housing type is quite rare. The community is peaceful, there is a park in the center, and there is a pool next to it.I am looking for a well-employed individual who is willing to pay rent on time every month and not be too noisy. This person will have a two-person bathroom to themselves, except sometimes my son will come over for the weekend and share the bathroom. He is very respectful and should cause no disturbance. I have two small dogs who are quiet except when they hear strange noises, which they will likely bark.
