Looking for a roommate. 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house. 2 car garage, large front and back yard. Located in town, suburban area, only a mile or two from OBU campus and St Anthony's hospital.
Fast, easy access to shopping, food, entertainment, mall, factories , job opportunities, etc. Reputable school district.
Currently myself and my cat, as well as a new tenant, her 2 dogs (kept out of main house area) and cat reside in the home. No litter boxes are kept in the main areas of the house, I do not allow mess or smell due to the animals.

Animals allowed with deposit (as according to landlords lease agreement), with the exception of caged animals.

Asking price is a solid $335. A $200 deposit per person will be required. When it is needed is possibly negotiable with my land lord.
Full payment for the first month will be required upon moving. This is negotiable, I am fairly reasonable and understand if you would need to split up payment. Calm, quiet neighborhood, no problem neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves. Relatively friendly town.
Sheriff resides in the home across the street, so there is never any break ins reported on this street, crime is relatively non-existent in this area. (As non existent as it can be)
