Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for Riveredge apartments. It is a 10 month lease starting on Aug 12, 2017 - May 13, 2018. I was able to sign early before these sold out so you will be able to use that to your advantage!! The rent is $645 (or $695 with parking, not required) for a single room in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment. There is a shared kitchen and living area. I did not add official roommates on the lease, so if you have people you are wanting to live with, who have or are going to apply there, they said they can arrange that as well. However the lease does require a limit of one person to each room (no split costs). The place is awesome and I am not signing it over for any reason other than the fact that I am in two leases right now and am in desperate need to get rid of one!
