I am moving into a new apartment within the next 30 days, and I am looking for someone to take my place on the lease at Villa Del Cero apartments. You will be sharing the master bedroom with a male tenant. There is one other male tenant who has his own own room. It is a furnished, two story apartment with a balcony and spacious living room. Both tenants clean up after themselves and expect you to do the same. Rent and utilities come out to $355, but you are expected to contribute to essentials like toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc. Complex has a gym, pool, and located in a very nice neighborhood near Lake Murray within walking distance from a grocery store.
