It's a very homey place with a lot of history to it and I'd love if whoever moved in felt like the place was a home for them. I figure once I leave the person might want to take over the lease and continue to enjoy the place. Looking at other rent in the area it's an extremely good deal. I saw a place down the road which only had 1 br and shared walls with no parking and it was $400 more per month and rented quickly.
