I have a room in my apartment available for sublet from May 12 to approximately August 19; I would like to sublet/rent to a pet-free female for the entire date range, although I would be willing to work with you on the date range.
My apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; the room available is the master bedroom with the bathroom located within the room, as well as a large walk-in closet.
The complex is located in Uptown of Charlotte and is walking distance from the many Uptown businesses and the center of the city. The building has a locked gate you must go through in order to gain access to the apartment. The complex has its own private parking lot, as well as a swimming pool and grilling area (the gym is currently being renovated but should be available for use by your move-in date).
The apartment, as well as the room-to-be-rented, will be furnished; the washer and dryer are located in the apartment, as well.
The rent will include everything (utilities, internet, tv, parking, in-apartment washer and dryer, etc.). The rent per month is $900 and will need to be paid on the 1st of the month. You will be pro-rated for the months you are not living in the room the entire month.
