I am looking for a ROOMMATE. I have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house. The rent would be 350.00p/m including utilities (cable and electric) not including gas, plus a 200.00 deposit . There is also an oversized garage with 2 work benches. I am looking for a responsible person but not into partying or drugs with a clean background. Its a very quiet area with lots of wildlife. There is a porch also for those nicer nights to just sit outside and relax. I do have three dogs, but they are always with me when I am home as I am usually in the barn, and they sleep in my room at night. I do have a 9 stall barn with an indoor arena, and would allow one horse included in the rent also, if you wouldn't mind helping out in the barn.
