I am the homeowner and will be your roommate; am a 50+ yr old gentleman who works at Dahlgren NSWC. You will meet my wife who lives in Calif. and travels back here 2-3 times each year. The only furnished rooms are the family room, and my bedroom as the all the furniture is moving with the roomie. Will have some furn. shipped from Calif unless you have a house full then will put my movers on hold. Am very respectful, a good and (fairly) healthy cook, have good sense of humor, and am looking for a roomie that is or can be conversational. Am not a sports nut but enjoy a good game of anything, not into NASCAR, or anything else in particular. Prefer getting out and seeing the world, experience a fine restaurant, or a good greasy burger and a cold beer.

Garage parking, wireless, DirecTV, and utilities are included. Prefer female roommate, but gents equally considered. Age and race are not important. NO DRUGS and no smokers... sorry, just my preference.
