I am a 32 easy going professional, I work during the week so in bed by 10 or try to be because 5am comes early, and I will be starting my masters soon. I am clean, responsible, dont do drugs, and pay my bills on time, but not afraid to have some fun. Looking Female or Male is not an issue. The only pet the is allowed is a small dog 20lbs or lighter, however I am allergic to most so I would need to know what kind first.
I am moving into an apartment in Albany park on April 1st, its a 2bdrm 1 bath really spacious with an office nook in front and a breakfast nook in the back of the house. It has plenty of street parking laundry is on site in the basement and it 1200 a month plus utilities so it would be 700 month roughly for each of us. I work in the northern burbs so I can not move any farther in to the city. It located off of Pulaski and Montrose. Its 5 blocks from the Blue Line, a 10 minute car ride down Montrose to Uptown, and a 5 minute car ride to Lincoln Square.
*The Landlord is looking to Remodel the bathroom the just have not got there yet.
Im a social butterfly very easy going, dont use drugs looking for some one who is reliable with their bills to live with and is clean Im a little OCD when comes to common living space. Dont worry sometimes I dont make my bed or put my clothes away it a busy messy as I have been told. I like to occasional go to sporting events, concerts, plays, or binge watch on Netflixs on the couch. I also have everything to furnish a house not that we couldnt use extras you would just have to supply your bedroom furniture. Let me know if you are interested.
