- Parking is FREE after you register in the office
- Heat included (This is the best deal! You are never cold in this apartment during winter)

- Electricity range from $20-50 depends on how much you use that month but you split this in half with a roommate.
- Internet fee is about $28.7 per person.
- Attic space to store your belongings or other furnitures that you don't use.
My roommate is very friendly and she is really nice. Visit to our apartment can be arranged to take a look at the room.
