In June the rent increases by 5%.

Im chill, 36 year old white guy - professional biomedical researcher. I keep it super quiet during the week -- I also often work on the weekends -- but I love this apartment and love to host friends for occasional dinner parties / drinks / movies etc. I hope to have a roommate who shares in the same vibes of professional/personal ambition and active social life. I have two huge couches and a large living room that is very comfy and a pleasure to chill in. Large dining table perfect for hosting friends to eat.
Our arrangement will be based on a handshake and mutual trust. Im a trustworthy and straightforward person and I expect the same of my roommate. Since there will be no lease, you are free to leave any time, I simply ask for a month notice as a courtesy. You are responsible for your own consumables (toilet paper etc.). The place is fully furnished, including your bedroom, so please do not bring furniture. However - you can feel free to re-decorate the room (and even add a personal touch to the apartment to a certain degree)... but make sure anything you do is reversible and does not cause any damage
