We have one bedroom available for 1 or 2 people in our 4bd 3ba 1200 sq ft two-story house. The room is large, 15 x 11.33 ft. with a walk-in closet that is 7 x 4.5 ft. The accompanying private bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower. There is also a private entrance to the bedroom from the backyard...which, btw, HAS A HOT TUB! The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you like. We have several extra bedframes (twin, full, queen), mattresses, tables, desks, nightstands, dressers, etc. that could easily be used if you need it. In the pics you'll see shots of the room with and without furniture which should give you an idea of the size. Two twin beds fit easily, even two fullsize, or one queen.Currently we have one American undergraduate USD student, one German graduate SDSU student, and one American engineer working full time, all males, in our 20's, living in the house. The roommates moving out are a pair of girls who just came from Japan and Ireland to work and study.
