Private room will be available beginning April 10 and can be rented month to month up to 6 months.The room is furnished with a bed, bedding, and a table. The monthly rent does not include utilities, internet, or electricity. You have full access to all kitchenware. I have a water cooler and purchase water gallons that come in once per month. If you'd like to use this water, we can split the monthly price which would come out to be around $20 each.I am a 30 year-old female, I'm self-employed and work as a clinical psychologist. I lead a pretty chill lifestyle. I like to cook a lot, eat healthy, and I exercise a few times a week. I am social but don't often have friends come over, I usually meet friends out for dinner or a drink. I have a boyfriend who spends the night several times a week. He is very considerate and respectful of space and we make a big effort to be mindful of noise in order to keep the apartment quiet and peaceful.
