We are selling our Family home, its time for a new adventure we have a Stunning traditional Cottage Located in Co. Sligo in Ireland. An amazing location just a short stroll from the door to empty golden sandy beaches of the Atlantic and onto the local award winning Pub!

Its located in a very special part of the country, recognised and as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty On the Wild Atlantic Way, it is blessed with extensive ocean views and sweeping vistas of the nearby mountain ranges.

The cottage is a early built approx1900's as a traditional fisherman's cottage. We are lucky to have amazing views of the Ox Mountains at the back of our property and Sea and mountains to the front. The bungalow is fully detached on a very quiet coastal road in Co Sligo 1hr from Enniskillen 1hr from Knock Airport, 2.5 hrs from Dublin.

We have added a new kitchen the last 2 years we have extensively refurbished the place but kept must of its original features. It has a fitted kitchen with mod cons, lpg gas hob electric fan oven. Electric power shower which had the shower and floor re-tiled in 2017 with washing machine and dryer.

Recently serviced oil fired heating and back up electric converter heaters, and also wood burner in the lounge, a must have for the cosy winter evenings

Outside the back garden is elevated with establish apple tress and a new plum tree with ocean views to the North we have our fields to the back of the property of approx 12 acres all fenced with a water supply for our grazing sheep, We have also planted over 150 tress throughout the land about 5 years ago, mixture of Ash, Scotts pine, Alder and Popular.

We have several outbuildings, large allotment area and a large dry 60 x 30ft ex cattle shed.

For those guests we also have a well maintained 30ft static caravan with a wood burner and flat Screen tv with satellite for all UK tv stations and plumed in toilet and gas powered shower and cooker.
