Santino Cattaneo is a 3rd generation native to San Luis Obispo County. His grandfather started San Luis Obispo Garbage in the early 1950’s and although Santino enjoyed working for his grandfather in the early 90’s, he decided to carve his own path. Over 20 years ago, he launched a successful real estate firm called Cattaneo Real Estate Investments.
Over the years, Santino also served as the Managing Broker for three mortgage companies, with a total of 14 agents reporting to him at any given time.
The entrepreneurial spirit that runs through the blood of the Cattaneo family is still alive and well. In 2017, Santino set out to create an innovative real estate brand that would provide an unmatched level of service for significantly reduced commission fees.
His company is adept at utilizing today’s latest technology to provide a selling and buying experience that is unsurpassed by other real estate firms. By leveraging technology, Santino is able to offer enormously reduced commissions to sellers and return up to 50% of buyers’ agent commissions back to his home buyers.
