I have a 4bedroom/3 bath home (just under 3000 Sq ft) at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is a custom brick home with plantation shutters. Located right across the street from East Chase...Perfect location.
I am a full time military officer and background as a federal agent...no time for crazy people with crazy drama. Home is beautiful and classy. I am the only occupant at this time. I am a quiet 44 year old who does not smoke, likes an occasional glass of wine or beverage and comes inclusive with a 5 pound chihuahua that is social butterfly (has no nails and thinks she is the house-mother). You will need to be clean, mature, responsible non-smoker with no pets and that pays rent on time. Will be required to do credit app and background check-for obvious reasons. This requirement is for both your safety and mine. I had to do the same to obtain the home, plus I had to do a financial credit check.
You will have private wing with full bath (off the hallway). I will be on the opposite side of the home. You will have all utilities inclusive to include cable with HBO and wifi. Home has large laundry room with front load washer and dryer and built-in ironing board.
