How does it work?
As a text chat operator you will be answering casual messages on a fantasy-based text network. You have to be able to talk to customers about all kinds of topics. You will be assigned different roles, depending on what your customer wants.
Some of our clients just want to talk to someone about everyday life, and others want you to play a character. You will be helping people that are lonely and that are looking to connect over messages.
This is a text based chat only, no cameras are involved. All training that is needed will be given before you start.
Requirements
You need to be fluent in English
As you will be writing text to native English speakers you must know how to write in English fluently. We will do a basic test to check your level of English as part of the application process.
You must be at least 18 years old
We do not accept minors to work on the chat platform. As part of the application process you will be asked to prove your age.
You need a PC or laptop.
In order to be an effective chat operator you need to have access to a laptop to work from. The device can be very basic and there is no need for it to have a camera.
You need reliable internet connection
All work is done online connected via the internet. The more stable your internet connection is, the better your experience will be working as a chat operator.
You do not need prior experience
We will teach you everything you need to know, and our support team is available 24/7 whilst you work. We will NOT ask you for your Resume in the application process.
You need an updated personal ID card.
An important part of the application process is the ID verification check.
