Co-founded by Stanford business grads in London, the company became operationally profitable in mid-2010. Between 2012 and 2013, our revenues grew 102% from $14.9 million to $30.1 million. We are a bootstrapped startup with very little outside investments. The engineering team creates the software that supercharges our employees and the rapid growth of our firm. And our vision? To build software that makes users smile. But we are looking for brainpower to to further our products and create new ones. Sample products include anything from interactive UI, telephone, payments and search. We often develop prototypes that are tested on a small scale. If they are successful we invest the time to build a more polished product that is suitable for a worldwide release. Our team works right alongside the rest of the company to tune our products and incorporate feedback.

TEAM AND CULTURE: From online professional poker playing to building microprocessors for ARMS, our diverse engineering team of 19 spans 4 time zones and 11 nationalities. While most of us work out of our New York and London offices, we embrace remote from Rio to Buffalo. We're building modern applications using Postgres, Ruby on Rails and Ember. One of our applications has undergone every upgrade of Rails since version 2.0 and is currently at 4.1.x. We've also started embracing microservices, allowing us to benefit from other technologies when they are a better fit for the job.

LIFE AT THE COMPANY: Expect immediate impact and work that matters. You can expect to deploy to production from day one and take on a lot of responsibility quickly. Our business is built on a foundation of software, so it's your technical decisions that will influence the future of this firm. We are hackers at heart and dedicate 10% of our time to tinker, upgrade and build exciting pet projects. Anyone who's worked here recognizes that our greatest asset is our people. We are an international company with a fantastic mix of entrepreneurship, technical know-how and leadership. And we are social. Whether it's going on a retreat to Ibiza or Norway, running a marathon in Nice or camel riding in Morocco, there is always something going on. Continuing education is a must. We have an annual conference budget, a monthly book club and weekly in-house developer talks. But if you fit well with the team, and have additional benefit requests, we will work to make it happen.

OFFICE SPACE: Open, collaborative office environment with tall ceilings and white boarded walls in all our conference rooms. Our NYC office is in the old NY Times Building. We are looking to expand up a floor where we will have a private space for our engineers. We are also looking to open a California office later this year and will work to make that as successful, happy and productive work environment as the one here. Subsidized catered lunches, constant supply of snacks, 4 beers on tap, with a ping pong table, shuffle board, and foosball table and lots of room for eating. We will also get a game of pogs going if anyone's interested.
