Gould Intelligent is seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Administrator for an 18 month contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be available to interview in person. Will be responsible for application performance monitoring and tuning, batch coordination, and job run monitoring. Will develop and execute maintenance plans, support interfaces into the application, lead in troubleshooting, and update business continuity/disaster recovery plans.

Candidates must have 3+ years experience supporting Oracle CC&B including development, have a working knowledge of UNIX, have experience with Oracle 10g or higher, have knowledge of WebLogic, and strong Java scripting and PL/SQL skills.
