We are urgently seeking qualified HVAC Technicians to join our experienced and professional HVAC Technicians in the Pawling area in Dutches County, NY. The role will involve undertaking planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems and serving our customers with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
This is a full-time position (40 hrs per week) with a 6-month probation.
Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role and will require successful applicants to be able to:
- Climb and descend ladders
- Carry between 30 and 75 lbs
- Manoeuvre in tight spaces and complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
Requirements:
We are looking for people with:
- Minimum 2 years experience in both commercial and residential services unless you are applying for helper
- Helpers need to have at least 1 year experience in home improvement field
- A solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Appropriate licenses including EPA Certification and drivers license
- Proven communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- A can-do positive attitude
- Weekend and on-call availability and ability to travel between jobs
