Tahoe Partners is adding an additional net new sales representative due to growth. This role will be aligned to both our Enterprise Collaboration Management and Customer Engagement practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a salesperson with at least one year of Sales and/or Technology experience to further expand your sales career, develop industry expertise and experience a high earning potential. The best candidate for this role is someone who is hardworking, eager, self-motivated, and enthusiastic to grow Tahoes business and your own technology sales experience. While you will receive guidance, direction and support from senior management, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to manage your own calls and prospecting efforts. You will also have the benefit of partnering with our very innovative in-house marketing and communications team to generate additional leads. Lastly, you will have the ability to participate in client/prospect meetings and manage the deal through to close.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through an established network of contacts, cold calling, mailing campaigns and networking/prospecting
Qualify prospects and leads as to the fit for Tahoe Partners services and the scope, timing, and likelihood of closing the opportunity
Follow up via phone on leads generated from the companys marketing efforts, website, and by software partners, and work them to a successful close
Leverage our industry expertise across new business sectors
Set up meetings over the phone and through email communications
Assist in the development of sales proposals and business case presentations
Overcome competition and work within a segment and across an organization to close new business
Close deals via phone or in person meetings
Develop and enhance relationships with Microsoft sales channel contacts, existing Tahoe clients, and other Tahoe strategic relationships
Conduct web-based demonstrations and webinars of the target solutions
Coordinate, facilitate and conduct off-site sales and marketing presentations at conferences and tradeshows
Document sales progression, pipeline, and forecast using the companys sales-tracking tools

Qualifications:

Required Experience:
1+ years sales experience and/or 1+ year IT experience with the desire to move into sales
Strong hunter skills and enthusiasm to close new business
Previous documented experience generating new revenue and/or a consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Bachelors degree
Strong communication and presentation skills

Desired experience:
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and/or content management systems
Information Technology consulting services experience◦Established mid-market contacts within the Healthcare and/or Microsoft SharePoint space
