Must have someone who has experience managing the Off Price Channel / Discount Retailers. Looking for someone who has prior experience managing TJ Maxx and or Ross and someone who has demonstrated success selling to them.

Responsibilities :

Take ownership of the sales programs to achieve result based volume and profit goals. Formulate strategies to meet identified account needs and objectives while balancing company objectives

Take the lead role with TJ Maxx & Ross and company

Build communication and cooperation among cross functional management areas that impact account's needs in order to deliver more marketable, competitive products that will open up opportunities to drive growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with account management, buying, planning and replenishment teams and internal cross functional sales team
