Our Home Services division specializes in installing home improvement products including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, bathroom remodeling, HVAC systems, and more.

As one of our Home Improvement Advisors you will work inside your local Base Exchange. Your primary objective will be to approach members and provide them with the opportunity to schedule a free, no obligation estimate in their home for the home improvement product(s) of their choice. From time to time you will have an opportunity to attend events on base to generate leads.

WHAT WE OFFER:

$11 per hour
Incentive: You will earn $10 for every confirmed appointment and $60 for every Sale
Part-time, regular hours, 14 up to 30 hours per week
Work Week: Wednesday through Saturday, working shifts from 10am-5pm/6pm daily

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

Must be a college student, high school graduate or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to persuade, with minimum selling skills
Ability to be a self-starter, who can stay focused on goals while being self-disciplined
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to write legibly
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
