TITLE: Inside Sales Manager

OVERVIEW:
Lead, mentor and manage the Syneron Candela N.A. inside sales team.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the daily activities of Inside Sales team
Develop, Mentor, and help grow inside sales staff
Mastering our sales process to be able to successfully train, coach and mentor staff toward the achievement of sales quotas
Responsible for team achieving monthly revenue goals
Work closely with Corporate Leadership and Account Executives across the company to ensure optimal efficiency between sales teams
Ability to participate in needs assessments, joint sales calls and group meetings and presentations.
Produce company reports including pipeline reports, forecasts and sales call summaries.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, market conditions, competitive threats, customer perceptions and feedback gathered to appropriate company executives.
Regularly measure team activity and success and provide regular reporting to leadership on progress
Ability to create dynamic presentations, compose and edit proposals and other written materials.
Experience in negotiating agreements.
Ability to work in an environment of change and adapt to, participate in and embrace the change needed to grow the business.
High level of experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, etc., to perform job tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Strong desire to succeed and for continuous professional development.
Demonstrated history of dependability, reliability and timeliness.








Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to apply good judgment and critical thinking to prioritize work flow
Skilled at heading off conflicts early and resolving conflicts when necessary.
Ensure high-quality sales of company products and services to current and potential clients.
Seek out and research prospective clients through phone calls, attending trade events, networking and referral generation.
Identify qualified sales opportunities.
Adopt and improve current sales processes and approaches.
Develop industry and market expertise.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Coordinate company resources to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Attain key company account and revenue goals.
Assisting in the training, development and motivation of your team
Instrumental in recruitment and dismissal of staff
Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed


QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have at least 5+ years experience leading and managing an Inside Sales Team
Proven ability in developing, leading, coaching and mentoring inside sales professionals
Strong background in pricing/quoting with superior financial skills
Strong knowledge and proven ability in working with Salesforce
Prior Medical Device experience preferred
Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with not just internal customers but also external customers and vendors
Strong process/project management skills with the ability to manage and implement strategies rapidly
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must possess a strong sales management background, understand accountability, be detail oriented with a great deal of energy, have a sense of urgency and a very strong focus on results.




Proven ability to manage, coach, persuade and develop others

High personal integrity, assertiveness, work ethic and energy level
Must be focused, detail oriented, motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to keep calm in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment.
