Excellent Sales Opportunity

Seeking a few full-time experienced Sales Representatives for this Season to run credit approved TV and Internet leads on our above ground pools. Professional “Commission Only” sales experience required,  However there are exceptions to these requirements. Pool prices range from $299 to over $10,000

 Average $2500.00-$3500.00 per week plus bonuses…

 Average 5-6 sells per week. Average commission per sale is $600-$700.00…

 Company pays $25 gas money for the first 10 appointments...

$125 after first 5 and $125 after last 5.

 Average closing percentage is 40-50%.

 Advertising (TV & Internet only) (No cold calling). (No telemarketing). (No door to door.)…

 All customers are pre-approved for a loan…

 Allow you to call the customer before the appointment to make sure everyone will be there…

 Two things you won’t do…go see customers who can’t buy a pool. Go see customers who aren’t home...

 Average 2-3 appointments per day. Possibly 4 (the season always starts slow so be patient in the beginning.) 

Encouraged to work everyday but can take off any 1 day except Saturday.

 Bonus: $100 for every financed pool $150 for every pool sold paid with cash, paid on one big check at the end of the season…

 NEW SALES BONUS: Sales representatives who return for the following season will be paid an additional 50% of 

their previous season ending bonus (Example: year-end bonus was $20,000.00, the following season they will be 

paid an additional $10,000.00)…

The company and sales representative splits the profit margin 50%.

 Sales representative’s commission checks are mailed out on the 5th and the 20th. 75% up front, the other 25% after the pool is installed… Currently The Company does not offer direct deposit. However, The Company is willing to advance money to sales representatives after the sale has been approved on a case by case basis.

 2½ day training class…

More then likely within a 3 hours drive.

 Company will pay for the hotel if training destination is over 50 miles from your home zip code. Getting there and getting home is your responsibility. Also, the hotel serves breakfast. Sales representatives must be willing to cover a minimum 2 hour radius. Representatives must be willing and able to work on a 100% commission only basis. Sales representatives are not asked to go back to the customer’s home after the sale, so no wasting sales time. This is a seasonal sales position and sales representatives must be willing and able to start immediately and work until the last appointment on August 15th. Sales representatives must have reliable Transportation, Valid driver's license and a Smart Phone.

Sales representatives are asked to bring their “Official Invitation”, copies of their Valid Driver’s License, Social Security Card and Proof of Auto Insurance and must be presented at training. All new hires are self-employed independent contractors who must complete and sign a 1099 Tax Form. This is a Phenomenal and Lucrative Sales Position!
