This well known known company in New York City is seeking an experienced District Leader responsible for the leadership, management, and growth of our New York sales territory. This position will be based out of the New York City sales showroom.

As a District Leader, you will manage sales in the territory and provide leadership to guide the New York sales team. District Managers formulate profitable sales strategies as well as assist in the development of new business. Utilizing established relationships in the contract furniture marketplace as well as the A & D community, you will increase sales performance and market growth within the territory. Travel throughout the territory is required.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience and a track record of success in developing new business. Outstanding leadership skills are desired, as well as a proven ability to coach and develop employees. Experience in the furniture or a related industry is preferred.
